血竭安异方治疗子宫内膜异位症临床疗效观察

摘要

目的：探讨血竭安异方治疗子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效。方法90例子宫内膜异位症行腹腔镜术后患者，随机分为观察组与对照组，各45例。对照组给予促性腺激素释放激素激动剂治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予血竭安异方治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分(3.07±0.45)分、Kupperman评分(8.03±1.45)分低于对照组，简明健康量表(SF-36)评分(82.78±9.03)分、总有效率88.89%高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组血清CA125(24.80±2.51) U/ml、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)(45.91±7.03) pg/ml、单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP-1)(2.89±0.69) pg/ml、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)(23.16±6.38) mg/L水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血竭安异方辅助促性腺激素释放激素激动剂治疗子宫内膜异位症，可改善患者腹腔镜术后临床症状，提高生活质量，减少促性腺激素释放激素激动剂临床不良反应，提高患者临床疗效，增加再妊娠成功率。%Objective To observe clinical effect by Dragon's blood Anyi prescription in the treatment of endometriosis. Methods A total of 90 endometriosis patients after laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist for treatment, and the observation group received additional Dragon's blood Anyi prescription. Clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group had lower visual analogue scale (VAS) score as (3.07±0.45) points and Kupperman score as (8.03±1.45) points than those in the control group, and it had higher medical outcomes study short from (SF-36) score as (82.78±9.03) points and total effective rate as 88.89%than those in the control group (P<0.05). The observation group had all lower levels of serum CA125 as (24.80±2.51) U/ml, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) as (45.91±7.03) pg/ml, monocyte chemoattractant protein 1 (MCP-1) as (2.89±0.69) pg/ml and serum C-reactive protein (CRP) as (23.16±6.38) mg/L than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Implement of Dragon's blood Anyi prescription assisted with gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist in treating endometriosis can improve clinical symptoms in patients after laparoscopic surgery. This method can improve quality of life, decrease clinical adverse reactions by gonadotropin releasing hormone agonist, enhance clinical effect and success rate of further pregnancy.
