目的：探讨电动床站立训练对脑卒中后肺部感染的预防及护理效果。方法80例脑卒中患者，随机分为观察组和对照组，各40例。观察组给予电动床站立训练配合基础预防护理，对照组给予基础预防护理。对比两组护理效果。结果观察组肺部感染发生率为5%，低于对照组的20%，差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论早期进行电动床站立训练能有效预防脑卒中后肺部感染的发生，改善患者的预后。%Objective To investigate prevent and nursing effect by electric bed standing training for post-stroke pulmonary infection. Methods A total of 80 stroke patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The observation group received electric standing bed standing training combined with basic preventive nursing, and the control group received basic preventive nursing alone. Nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group had lower incidence of pulmonary infection as 5% than 20% of the control group, and the difference had statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Early implement of electric bed standing training can effectively prevent post-stroke pulmonary infection and improve prognosis in patients.
