安氟醚和异氟醚预处理对实验小鼠肝组织Bcl-2/Bax mRNA和蛋白表达的影响

     

摘要

To investigate the effect of Bcl-2 and Bax gene expressionin liver tissue by inhalationg isoflurane and enflurane. Method, 120C57BL/6 mice were divided into two groups, enflurane group (E group)C57BL/6 mice were divided into two groups:enflurane group(E group)was further divided into five groups, including the group not treated by anesthesia (TO), the group immediate induction with anesthesia (Tl), anesthesia 2h group (T2), anesthesia 4h group (T3), anesthesia 6h group (T4) and the group halted 2h treatment with anesthesia (T5). The Bcl-2 and Bax mRNA and protein expression in the liver tissue were detected. Results, Bcl-2 and Bax mRNA and protein expression were(P<0. 05). The expression of Bcl-2 and Bax gradually increased with theel of Bcl-2 protein upregulated in T2~T5 against TO (P<0. 05) ,and the level of Bax protein upregulated in T3~T5 (P<0.01) against T0; After preireated by isoflurane and enflurane, the ratio of Bcl-2/Bax ratio in Tl ~ T5 was significantly higher than in TO ij I group(P<0, 05) mean-while, the ratio of Bcl-2/Bax protein ration in T1 ~ T3 was highet than in TO in E group. Conclusion, The expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in liver tissueBcl-2 increased more obviously. It was possible that the role of enflurane or isoflurane protect the liver was related to inhibiting apoptosis of livercell.%@@ 缺血再灌注损伤(Ischemia Reperfusion Injury,IRI)指缺血后再灌注不仅不能使组织器官功能恢复,反而加重组织器官的功能障碍和结构损伤[1].探讨IRI的特点、规律和发生机制,已成为当今医学的研究热点[2].以异氟醚为代表的挥发性吸入麻醉剂对于许多器官的IRI具有细胞水平的多脏器保护效应,但其作用机制尚不完全清楚.
