血清同型半胱氨酸和 miR 水平与非典型心绞痛病变程度的相关性分析∗

     

摘要

目的::分析非典型心绞痛(NTA)病变程度与血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平和微小 RNA(miR)-487、-29b、-215的相关性。方法:选取 NTA 患者40例,根据冠脉造影结果和 Gensini 评分,分为轻度病变组(n=24)和中度及以上病变组(n =16),另选疑似 NTA,但冠脉造影排除冠心病(CHD)患者作为对照组(n =30),检测各组HCY、miR-487、miR-29b 及 miR-215水平,分析 HCY、miR-487、miR-29b 及 miR-215与 Gensini 评分的相关性。结果:NTA 组血清 HCY、miR-487和 miR-215水平均高于对照组,miR-29b 水平低于对照组(均 P <0.01)。Pearson相关分析显示,HCY 水平变化与 NTA 病变程度(Gensiniy 评分)无显著相关,rHCY =0.012,P >0.05;miR-487和miR-215水平与 Gensini 评分呈显著正相关(rmiR-487=0.449,rmiR-215=0.740,P <0.05);miR-29b 与 Gensini 评分无显著相关,rmiR-29b =0.008,P >0.05。同时,血清 HCY 水平与 miR-487水平显著正相关(r =0.502,P <0.05),与miR-215、miR-29b 未见显著相关(r=0.010、0.014,P >0.05)。结论:血清 HCY 和 miR 水平变化及相互作用可能参与 NTA 的发病。%Objective:To evaluate the correlation between Homocysteine (HCY),miR-487,miR-29b and miR-21 5 in non-typical angina pectoris patients.Method:40 patients with non-typical angina (NTA)were selected. These cases were divided into mild lesions group (n=24)and moderate and above lesions group (n=1 6)according to the results of coronary angiography and Gensini score.In addition,patients with suspected NTA but excluded CHD by coronary angiography was included in the control group (n=30).The levels of HCY and miRNAs (miR-487,miR-29b,and miR-21 5)were measured.The correlation analysis and linear regression were used to analyse the correlation among the HCY,miRNA and Gensini score.Results:Compared with the control group,the levels of ser-um HCY,miR-487 and miR-21 5 in NTA group were significantly decreased (P <0.01),and the level of miR-29b in NTA group was significantly increased (P <0.01).Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was no correla-tion between Gensini score and HCY or miR-29b,and there was a significantly positively correlated between Gensini score and miR-487 or miR-215 (rmiR-487 =0.449,rmiR-21 5 =0.740,P <0.05).At the same time,there was a significantlypositively correlated between HCY and miR-487 (r=0.502,P <0.05)and there was no correlation between HCY and miR-21 5 or miR-29b(r=0.010,r=0.014,P >0.05 ).Conclusion:The mutual manipulation between miR-487 and HCY may contribute to the pathology of non-typical angina.
