颈内动脉夹层3例随访报告并文献复习

摘要

目的：分析颈内动脉夹层的资料，探讨其病因、临床表现及治疗方法。方法采用回顾性分析方法对3例颈内动脉夹层患者的流行病学、病因、临床表现及治疗方法进行总结。结果3例患者发病年龄较小，平均年龄54.3岁，急性或亚急性起病，临床发病表现为缺血性脑卒中发作，发病机制为栓塞和血流动力学改变，予以抗凝治疗。结论颈内动脉夹层患者发病年龄年轻化，主要临床表现为缺血性脑卒中，抗凝治疗效果良好。%Objective Analysis of internal carotid artery dissection data, to explore the etiology, clinical manifestations and treatment methods.MethodThe epidemiology, etiology, clinical features and treatment of 3 patients with internal carotid artery dissection were analyzed by retrospective analysis.Result3 patients with early onset ages, average age was 54.3, all had the internal carotid artery interlining, acute or subacute onset. The clinical development process was similar to ischemic stroke; etiology, pathogenesis were embolism and hemodynamic changes; Good outcome after anticoagulation treatment.ConclusionPatients with internal carotid interlining have an early onset ages and major clinical manifestation is ischemic stroke. Good outcome after anticoagulation treatment.
