目的 从文献计量学角度了解浙江省最具规模的6家三甲精神卫生专科医院2003-2012年10年间科研发展情况,客观反映浙江省地方精神卫生领域的医学科研产出影响力和学术水平,旨为各级卫生行政部门及科研管理部门提供参考.方法 以中国生物医学文献数据库、中国引文数据库、ISIWeb of Knowledge为统计源,对2003-2012年间浙江省6所三级甲等精神病专科医院论文发表情况进行计量分析,其中包括国内外发文总数、期刊分布、作者情况及被引频次数等.结果 浙江省6家三甲精神卫生专科医院10年间发表论文1867篇,2007年以后每年基本在200篇以上.中华医学会系列期刊发表论文数占总发文数的7.45％.在载文量居前五的国内期刊中,论文主要分布在临床医学类、综合类、药学类和护理类期刊,其中一家医院有中华系列期刊进入前五名.6家医院有1名高产作者,发文量在20篇以上.国内论文被引频次在161-1738次之间,篇均被引频次在1.49-3.76次之间.SCI(SSCI)论文1家10篇,4家1篇,1家0篇.论文总被引频次和篇均被引频次分别为107和10.7.期刊影响因子最高为4.664,最低为0.296.结论 浙江省地方精神卫生专科医院科研层次和能力有待提高,医院间差距明显,区域间和国内外学术交流需要加强.%Objective To reflect the influences and academic level of medical research outcomes in mental health fields of Zhejiang local 6 largest special hospitals from 2003 to 2012 by econometric analysis on published papers.Methods Based on the Chinese Biomedical Literature Database(CBMdisc),Chinese Citation Database and ISI Web of Knowledge,the published papers in 6 mental health hospitals in Zhejiang province in 2003-2012 were analyzed by econometric methods.The index included total amounts of published paper,papers' distribution in journals,authors analysis,cited frequency home and abroad.Results Six hospitals in Zhejiang province published 1867 papers during 10 years,more than 200 articles each year since 2007.7.45 ％ of the papers published in series of Chinese medical journals.Papers mainly distribute in clinical medical journal,comprehensive journal,medicine journal and nursing journal.One author yields high among six hospitals,publishing more than 20 articles.Domestic papers cited frequency is between 161 times and 1738 times,while average cited frequency between 1.49 times and 3.76 times.One hospital publishes 10 papers in SCI (SSCI),4 hospitals each publish 1 paper in SCI (SSCI),total cited frequency and average cited frequency being 107 and 10.7 respectively.The highest journal impact factor is 4.664 and the lowest is 0.296.Conclusions The level and ability of scientific research need to be improved in mental health hospital of Zhejiang province.Obvious gap exsit between hospitals.Domestic and foreign academic exchanges need to be strengthened.
