Our hospital information construction after more than ten years of development, large and complex HIS system already exists data management is chaotic, lack of industry uniform standard, information security cannot assure problem. With the diversification of hospital management, HIS system have not satisfied the specialized subject hospital information management of special requirements, which hindered the hospital information construction. Along with the hospital information management and application of each department consciousness gradually deepening, application software miniaturization, college turn of direction will have become increasingly prominent. Patient-centered college management information system will be more big development. Meanwhile, the traditional client/server (C/S) structure of the system will have increasingly apparent disadvantages, and will gradually be replaced of browser/server (B/S) structure of the system. Service oriented architecture of the introduction of SOA, can well solve the specialized subject hospital information construction related question. The purpose of the SOA is to provide more convenient and more flexible network service, the realization of the real "service object as the center". Therefore, application system architecture of SOA achieve hospital specialized management information system, justly show the modem hospital "patient-centered" management concept. This paper introduces service oriented software thought,some large hospital maternity information management software system design.%我国医院信息化建设经过十多年的不断发展,庞大复杂的HIS系统已经存在着数据管理比较混乱、缺乏行业统一标准、信息安全无法保证的问题.随着医院管理的多样化,HIS系统已经不能满足医院各专科信息管理的特殊要求,从而阻碍了医院的信息化建设.随着医院各部门信息管理和应用意识的逐步深化,应用软件的小型化、专科化的方向将日益突出,以病人为中心的专科管理信息系统将得到更大的发展,以病人为中心的专科管理信息系统将得到更大的发展.同时,传统的客户端/服务器(C/S)结构的系统的弊端会日益明显,也将逐步被浏览器/服务器(B/S)结构的系统取代.面向服务体系架构SOA的引入,可以很好的解决医院专科信息化建设中的相关问题.SOA的目的是为了提供更方便、更灵活的网络服务,真正的实现"以服务对象为中心",因此,应用SOA系统架构实现医院专科管理信息系统,正好体现了现代医院"以病人为中心"的管理理念.本文引入了面向服务的软件思想,介绍了某大型医院的产科信息管理软件的系统设计.
