微波快速石蜡切片的临床应用

摘要

Objective: To introduce the technique of the fast micro-wave paraffin wax microscopic slide.Methods: Author conscientiously concluded the type of MW oven of slides making,useage and theory of MW oven,matters needing attention at manipulation, through clinical useage of 159 cases.Results: Among the 159 cases reported by author, 90 cases were accurately determined the nature, 67 cases were accurately determined the type, 2 cases were difficultly determined.The accuracy rate is 98.74％.Conclusions: The method of fast MW slide making has the strongpoint of high quality of slide making, good efficiency of dyeing,safe, short time, simple manipulation, easy to grasp, low cost, etc.Especially it is suitable to use widely in basic hospital.%目的:介绍微波快速石蜡切片技术.方法:通过159例的临床应用,认真总结了微波炉的型号选择,快速制片方法,微波的作用原理及操作中应该注意的事项.结果:报道的159例中,90例准确定性,67例准确分型,2例难定,准确率为98.74%.结论:微波快速制片方法有切片质量高,染色效果好,安全,省时,操作简便,容易掌握,成本又低等优点,尤其适合在基层医院推广应用.
