医用二氧化碳监测方法与应用研究进展

     

摘要

目的:通过对呼吸末二氧化碳监测技术的测量原理、实现方法以及该项测量技术的发展趋势的研究,结合国内的相关研究进展和呼吸末二氧化碳监测技术在临床中的应用情况,研制一款测量准确、体积小巧并且使用方便的呼气末二氧化碳监测模块,从而降低呼吸末二氧化碳检测的使用成本利于该项技术在国内的推广.方法:采用红外吸收的测量方法,利用二氧化碳分子对4.26μm红外光谱的特征吸收峰进行实时二氧化碳浓度和呼吸率的测量.结果:呼吸末二氧化碳测量技术近年来得到极大的发展,尤其二氧化碳检测设备的关键部件,例如红外光源和红外探测器的发展给二氧化碳检测技术的进步提供了极大的帮助.该项技术在临床中的应用日趋广泛,临床对于该技术的要求也越来越高,例如在信号质量控制、呼吸参数测量的准确性和可靠性等方面都提出了更高的要求.结论:呼气末二氧化碳检测技术具有很高的应用及研究价值,目前对于信号质量的控制、呼吸参数测量的准确性和可靠性等方面的研究都有一定的进展,上述研究方法及其设计方案可行.%Objective: Through the study of the measurement principle of EtCO2、ts method of implementation and the development tendency of this technology, combine the domestic research of progress and the application of the EtCO2 technology in clinical, develop a measurement accuracy,compact and easy to use EtCO2 momitoring module, so as to reduce the use-cost of EtCO2 monitor which is benefit for the promotion of this technology. Methods: Using the measurement method of infrared absorption, utilizing CO2 molecule absorb 4.26 μm of infrared spectrum, real time measure of the concentration of CO2 and the respiration rate. Results: The technology of EtCO2 measurement has made a great progress at recent years, especially the critical components, for example the development of the infrared light source and infrared detector has provided great help to the improvement of this technology. This technology has been using more and more widely, the demand of this technology has been higher, such as the signal quality control,the accuracy and reliability of respiration parameter measurement Conclusions: The technology of EtCO2 has high value of application and research. At present, some research progress has been made, such as the control of signal quality, the accuracy and reliability of parameters. The above research method and design scheme are feasible.
