After the stimulator was implanted in beagle dogs, its stimulating effects and the pathological changes at the implant site were observed to study the safety and efficacy of stimulator as well as the tissue compatibility of the materials used. The results showed that, this type of stimulator was safe and capable of inhibiting food intake of the dogs, and that the materials used had good tissue compatibility.%介绍一种新型胃电刺激器,通过动物实验,观察植入体内后的刺激效果,并观察植入部位的病理反应,探讨胃电刺激器的安全性和有效性,以及所用材料的组织相容性.结果表明,该仪器安全,能够减少动物的摄食量,所用材料组织相容性良好.
