正畸微种植体拉力测试装置的设计

摘要

设计了一种专门用于口腔牙齿正畸治疗中微种植体的拉出力测试装置。该装置结构简单、操作方便，可对微种植体拉出过程的拉力信号进行采集，存储和分析处理，输出拉力变化曲线、最大拉力和平均拉力值，用于口腔牙齿正畸微种植体初始稳定性、即刻承载力的测试分析。%A special device for measuring the pul-out force of orthodontic micro implant was designed, which has the characteristics of simple construction and easy operation, and can be used to detect the pul-out-force of orthodontic micro implant. The tested data was stored and analyzed by a computer, and as the results, the pul-out-force curve, maximum pul-out force as wel as average pul-out force were outputted, which was applied in analyzing or investigating the initial stability and immediate loading property of orthodontic micro implant.
