高清CT冠状动脉支架成像:与64排螺旋CT 对比

         

摘要

目的 对比64排螺旋CT(64-MSCT)和高清CT(HDCT)所获得的支架图像质量及支架腔内横截面积.方法 对7例接受冠状动脉支架植入术(10个支架)的患者行HDCT和64-MSCT冠脉支架成像,采用评分法对比两种方法所获支架图像质量,并测量同一支架腔内5个标志点处的横截面积,对测量结果进行统计学分析.结果 64-MSCT获得的支架图像质量总评分低于HDCT,差异有统计学意义(t=28,P<0.05);64-MSCT图像的支架腔内横截面积均值[(1.31±0.73)mm2]小于HDCT图像的支架腔内横截面积均值[(1.68±0.85)mm2],差异有统计学意义(t=-4.65,P<0.05),偏差百分率为(29.65±13.95)%.结论 HDCT可更清楚地显示支架内部结构,明显降低支架段伪影的影响,是支架植入术后有效的随诊手段.%Objective To compare the imaging quality and intra-lumen measurement of coronary stent between high definition CT (HDCT) and 64-MSCT. Methods Seven patients after coronary artery stenting (totally 10 stents) underwent HDCT examination. All patients were formerly examined with 64-MSCT coronary angiography. The image quality of coronary artery stent was compared between HDCT and 64-MSCT, and the image scores of coronary stents were obtained. The cross sectional intra-eoronary stent lumen area on 5 identical marked points was measured separately in the same stent. Resuits The total image quality score obtained with 64-MSCT was lower than that with HDCT (t= 28, P<0. 05). The mean value of the section area in stent lumen with 64-MSCT ([1. 31±0. 73]mm2 ) was lower than that of the section area with HDCT ([1. 68±0. 85]mm2). Statistical difference was found (t= -4. 65,P<0. 05). The percentage of different in intracoronary stent lumen area was (29.65± 13. 95)%. Conclusion HDCT can demonstrate the stent internal structure more clearly and reduce the artifact influence of stent obviously. It is an effective image modality in following up of patients with coronary artery stent.
