BMI和中心性肥胖指标与糖尿病、高血压患病风险的相关性研究

摘要

Objective To study the relationship between body mass index (BMI) and central obesity and the risk of diabetes mellitus (DM) and hypertension.Methods One hundred patients with abnormal BMI and central obesity index in our hospital from August 2015 to August 2014 were selected as the study group.One hundred individuals with normal BMI and central obesity index were selected as control group.The BMI,central obesity,blood pressure and fasting blood glucose were measured.The correlation between BMI and central obesity index and the risk of DM and hypertension were analyzed.Results The prevalence rates of DM and hypertension were 82％ and 64.0％ in the study group,42.0％ and 23.0％ in the control group.There was significant difference in the prevalence rates between two groups (P ＜0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the relative risk (RR) of DM and hypertension was 2.5 and at the high risk when BMI was more than 23,more than 24,more than 25.BMI and central obesity index were positively related to the risk of DM and hypertension (r =0.325,r =0.343,r =0.288,r =0.462,P ＜0.05).Conclusion BMI and central obesity index were positively related to the risk of DM and hypertension.BMI and central obesity Indicators are predictors of clinical hypertension,hyperglycemia.%目的 研究体重指数(BMI)和中心性肥胖指标与糖尿病(DM)、高血压患病风险的相关性.方法 选取我院2014年8月-2015年8月收治的100例BMI和中心性肥胖指标异常人员作为本次研究组,选择同期来医院进行健康体检的100例BMI和中心性肥胖指标正常人员,作为对照组.测量两组人员BMI、中心性肥胖指标、血压和空腹血糖,分析BMI和中心性肥胖指标与DM、高血压患病风险的相关性.结果 在两组人员中,研究组BMI和中心性肥胖指标异常人员中DM、高血压患病率分别为82.0％、64.0％;对照组中人员DM、高血压患病率分别为42.0％、23.0％,两组之间差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05);采用Pearson相关分析,评估BMI和中心性肥胖指标与DM、高血压的关系,证实当BMI≥23 kg/m2、≥24 kg/m2、≥25 kg/m2时,DM、高血压患病相对危险度(RR)在2.5,处于中高度有害患病风险范围;BMI和中心性肥胖指标与DM、高血压患病风险呈正相关(r=0.325,r-0.343,r=0.288,r=0.462,P＜0.05).结论 BMI和中心性肥胖指标分别是临床中重要的高血压、高血糖预测因子,其之间存在正相关性,可以将BMI、中心性肥胖指标作为临床诊断DM、高血压患病风险的切点,临床诊断价值高.
