心脑Ⅰ号治疗心功能不全和抗心律失常作用的研究

摘要

目的：评价中药心脑Ⅰ号治疗心功能不全和抗心律失常的疗效。方法：用动态心电图和彩色多普勒超声心动图观察服药前后心脏收缩功能、舒张功能及心律失常的改变和程度。结果：服药30日后：①动态心电图分析，24小时平均最快心率、最慢心率及平均心率均减少（P<0.05或P<0.01）,室性期前收缩发生数明显减少（P<0.01）,房性期前收缩与房颤例数无改善。②心脏收缩功能有改善（P<0.05），而舒张功能改善较小。结论：心脑Ⅰ号以改善心室收缩功能为主，对室性期前收缩和心率的控制较好，而房性期前收缩与房颤的改变不明显。%Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine heartbrain No.1(心脑Ⅰ号) on cardiac insufficiency and cardiac arrhythmias.Methods:The systolic and diastolic function of heart was measured and compared by multicolor Doppler echocardiography and the variabilities and alterative extents of cardiac arrhythmias were observed by dynamic electrocardiogram(ECG) before and after taking the medicine.Results:The results were analyzed after the time when the patients had taken the medicine for 30 days.①By 24hour Holter monitoring,the average fastest heart rate,the lowest heart rate and the average heart rate were all decreased(P<0.05 or P<0.01),the number of premature ventricular beats was decreased significantly (P<0.01),but the medicine had no influence on atrial premature beats and atrial fibrillation.②The systolic function of heart was improved(P<0.05).However,little was the diastolic function,there was no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusions:Heartbrain No.1 can obviously improve the systolic function of heart.It shows reliable curative effect on premature ventricular beats and decreasing heart rates;there is little influence on the atrial arrhythmias.
