A chiral europium(Ⅲ) complex based on 2-picolinic acid (Hpic),[Eu(pic)3]n (1) was synthesized and characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction,elemental analysis,IR spectroscopy and thermogravimetry analysis.Complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21 and can be considered as constructed from 1D chains with right-handed helixes along [010] direction,in which the Eu(Ⅲ) center is coordinated by three N and six O atoms from three pic- ligands in a distorted monocapped square antiprism.Luminescence properties of complex 1 were also studied.CCDC:745994.%合成了1个以2-吡啶甲酸为配体的铕(Ⅲ)配合物[Eu(pic)3]n(1),通过红外光谱,元素分析,热重分析和X-射线单晶衍射对其进行了表征.配体2-吡啶甲酸通过其N,O螫合作用桥联了铕(Ⅲ)离子,形成了具有21右手螺旋结构的一维链状配合物1.荧光分析表明,配合物1的荧光光谱表现出铕(Ⅲ)的特征光致发光.
