目的 建立水银花中灰毡毛忍冬皂苷乙和川续断皂苷乙的含量测定方法.方法 对高效液相色谱法(HPLC)的色谱条件进行摸索,并采用正交设计法考察供试品溶液的制备条件.结果 HPLC色谱条件为:Diamonsil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),流动相为乙腈(A)-0.4%醋酸(B)梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL/min.样品供试液制备条件为:药材破碎度过四号筛,药材称样量为0.4 g,甲醇浓度为50%,提取时间为40 min.结论 建立的HPLC含量测定方法 准确可靠,可作为水银花中灰毡毛忍冬皂苷乙和川续断皂苷乙总量的测定方法.%Objective To establish the method for content determination of Macranthoidin B and Dipsacoside B in Lonicerae dasystylae flos. Methods HPLC was adopted to grope and decide the chromatographic condition. Orthogonal design was used to optimize the preparative method of sample solutions. Results Chromatographic condition was as follows: chromatographic column was Diamonsil C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase was acetonitrile (A)-0.4% acetic acid (B) for gradient elution, flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Preparative method of sample solutions was as follows: the fragmentation degree was acrossing the fourth sieve, the sample weight was 0.4 g, extraction solvent was 50% methanol, extraction time was 40 min. Conclusion The method established is accurate and feasible, which can be used to determine the content of Macranthoidin B and Dipsacoside B in Lonicerae dasystylae flos.
