老年良性前列腺增生患者前列腺切除术后排尿困难原因分析及治疗

摘要

Objectives:To investigate the risk factors and treatment methods of dysuria after operation in elderly BPH patients.Methods:We selected 348 patients who received benign prostatic hyperplasia operation treatment for the study,among whom 46 cases had dysuria after the operation.Their data were collected and the possible risk factors of postoperative dysuria were analyzed by logistic regression analysis.Results:The possible risk factors could be urinary tract infection,bladder dysfunction,urinary bladder clot,tissue fragments,stone,bladder and urethral stricture (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions:Some measures can be taken in treating dysuria,such as urodynamics test,infection and bleeding control,fine surgery procedure,complete clearance,and necessary operation and drugs.%目的:探讨良性前列腺增生(benignprostatic hyperplasia,BPH)患者术后排尿困难的危险因素及处理方法.方法:选择我院收治的348例良性前列腺增生行手术治疗的患者进行研究,其中发生术后排尿困难患者共46例,搜集相关资料,对术后发生排尿困难的可能危险因素进行logistic回归分析.结果:尿路感染、膀胱功能障碍、膀胱内血块、组织碎片及结石、膀胱颈挛缩、尿道狭窄是前列腺术后排尿困难的危险因素(P＜0.05).结论:术前行尿流动力学检查,控制感染和出血,操作精细、清除彻底及必要的手术和药物是解决BPH术后排尿困难的重要措施.
