葡萄糖依诺沙星治疗男性泌尿生殖器感染的疗效观察

摘要

目的:评价葡萄糖依诺沙星治疗男性泌尿生殖器感染的疗效.方法:选择符合诊断标准的患者500例,随机分为两组(各250例),实验组应用为注射用葡萄糖依诺沙星,对照组应用为盐酸左氧氟沙星注射液.结果:实验组的痊愈率和有效率分别为85.49％,98.73％,对照组为63.54％,91.68％；实验组的细茵清除率100％,对照组为92.86％；实验组的不良事件发生率为7.6％,对照组为3.2％,均无显著性差异(P＞0.05).结论:葡萄糖依诺沙星在治疗男性泌尿生殖器感染中有较好的临床疗效和安全性.%Objectives:To evaluate curative effect of glucose enoxacin on the male genitourinary infection.Methods:500 patients meeting the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into two groups (250 cases each).The experimental group adopted glucose enoxacin regime and the control group used levofloxacin hydrochloride injection.Results:The cure rate,effective rate was 85.49％ and 98.73％ in the experimental group respectively,and 63.54％ and 91.68％ in the control group respectively.The bacteria clearance rate of the experimental group was 100％ compared to 92.86％ of the control group.The adverse events rate was 7.6％ in the experimental group,and 3.2％ in the control group.All above rates had no significant difference between two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:Glucose enoxacin in the treatment of male genitourinary infection is of better clinical efficacy and safety.
