应用商环行合并系带过短包皮环切术51例体会

摘要

目的：总结应用商环行合并系带过短包皮环切术手术方法及临床效果。方法：对51例合并系带过短的包皮过长或包茎患者行系带成形后再应用商环行包皮环切术，术后7～10d取环，观察术后外观及手术并发症。结果：伤口愈合良好，外观满意，系带无断裂发生，无明显感染发生，1例出现脱环（2.0％），2例出现伤口轻微裂开（3.9％），35～40d愈合。结论：对于合并系带过短的包皮或包茎在行系带成形后也能行商环包皮环切术。%Objectives:To summarize the methods and clinical effect of applying Shang Ring in the treat-ment of short frenulum prepuce.Methods:5 1 patients with short frenulum prepuce (redundant prepuce)or phimo-sis patients received circumcision with Shang Ring after frenuloplasty.Removed the Ring 7~10 days after operation and observed the postoperative complications and penile appearance.Results:The success rate of operation was 100%.The wound healed after 35 ~40 days,with satisfactory appearance and no obvious infection.A patient expe-rienced decyclization (2.0%),and 2 patients had minor wound dehiscence (3.9%).Conclusion:Circumcision with Shang Ring after frenuloplasty is a choice or an effective and safe method to treat patients with short frenulum combining with redundant prepuce or phimosis.
