宫颈癌患者组织中C-met表达与宫颈癌患者淋巴结转移和复发的关系

摘要

Objectives:To investigate the relationship between C-met expression with the node ratio lymph (LNR) and prognostic in gastric cancer.Methods:Retrospective analysis of the clinical date of 120 patients diagnosed with cervical cancer from June 2005 to June 2010 was conducted.A linear regression model was used to investigate the relationship between the clinical data and C-met expression,and multivariate analysis was performed using Cox proportional hazard regression model.Results:35 patients encountered end point events.C-met level was associated with preoperative CA-125,N stage,and the depth of tumor invasion.The degree of tumor (P =0.01) and C-met (P =0.02),depth of tumor invasion (P =0.04) was all independent risk factors for cervical cancer patients with metastasis or recurrence.Conclusion:The positive expression of C-met in patients with cervical cancer is independent risk factor for patients with cervical cancer metastasis and recurrence.%目的:探讨宫颈癌患者组织中C-met表达与宫颈癌淋巴结转移和复发的关系.方法:选取我院2005年6月至2010年6月间经病理确诊的患者120例.采用SP法检测C-met蛋白在宫颈癌组织中的表达,采用Pearson和Spearman相关性探讨C-met表达与宫颈癌患者临床特征的关系,采用Cox回归模型探讨C-met表达与子宫颈癌转移与复发的的关系.结果:120例子宫颈癌患者中转移、复发或死亡者35例,相关性分析提示C-met蛋白水平与宫颈癌患者CA-125值、肿瘤的N分期、肿瘤侵犯深度成正相关,多因素分析提示:肿瘤分化程度(P=0.01)、C-met水平(P=0.02)、肿瘤侵犯深度(P=0.04)是宫颈癌患者转移或复发的独立危险因素.结论:宫颈癌组织中C-met表达阳性是宫颈癌患者转移、复发的独立危险因素.
