不同孕周开始治疗妊娠梅毒患者的妊娠结局对比研究

摘要

目的:探讨不同孕周开始治疗妊娠梅毒对妊娠结局影响性,以期降低妊娠梅毒并发症.方法:选取2011年3月至2015年3月110例妊娠梅毒患者为研究对象,均实现同一种治疗妊娠梅毒方案,但在不同孕周进行治疗,分别是在＞16周和≤16周,分别称为对照组和观察组,观察对新生儿娩出和妊娠结局影响性.结果:观察组阿氏评分、体重分别为(8.99±1.13)分、(3.61±0.56) kg,对照组阿氏评分、体重分别为(6.78±0.95)分、(2.68±0.45) kg,观察组均明显高于对照组,两组比较差异显著(P＜0.05),而在呼吸、心率上比较则无明显差异(P＞0.05);观察组妊娠结局共有异常2例,发生率为3.64％,正常足月活婴占96.36％;对照组妊娠结局中共有异常11例,发生率20％,正常足月活婴占80％,观察组在不良妊娠结局上明显低于对照组,正常足月活婴比率明显高于对照组,两组比较差异显著(P＜0.05).结论:在16周内对妊娠梅毒进行诊治能有效降低妊娠风险,临床价值高.%Objectives:To study the pregnancy outcomes of pregnancy syphilis patients treated from different gestational weeks,so as to reduce the incidence of complications.Methods:110 pregnancy syphilis patients from March 2011 to March 2015 were selected and given the same treatment program but from different gestational weeks,i.e.at ＞ 16 weeks (control group) and ≦ 16 weeks (observation group) respectively.The neonates and pregnancy outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results:The Apgar score and body weight of observation group i.e.(8.99 ± 1.13) points and (3.61 ± 0.56) kg were significantly higher than these of the control group (6.78 ± 0.95) points and (2.68 ± 0.45) kg,with significant difference (P ＜ 0.05),while difference in the breathing and heart rate was not significant (P ＞ 0.05).There were 2 cases of abnormal pregnancy outcomes in observation group an incidence of 3.64％ and normal full-term live births accounted for 96.36％;while in control group,there were 11 cases of abnormal pregnancy outcomes an incidence of 20％ and normal full-term live births accounted for 80％.The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and ratio of normal full-term live births was higher than the control group,with significant difference (P ＜0.05).Conclusion:Treatment within 16 weeks of pregnancy helps reduce the risk of pregnancy,with high clinical value.
