临床用血评估体系的建立及评价方法的探讨

摘要

Objective Discuss the methodology and significance of clinical transfusion assessment,establish an effective evaluation system for blood transfusion,identify rational indexes for the evaluation,and promote quality of clinical transfusion.Methods Development of the clinical blood transfusion assessment regulations,tightened blood transfusion approval system,enhanced medical record check for blood transfusion,better statistics for the data collected,and analysis of data in 2012 to compare changes in blood volume before and after tighter management in place.These efforts aim at improving the assessment system for optimal clinical blood transfusion.Results Compared to Jan.-June in 2012,patients discharged and surgical cases in Dec.of the same year dropped 2.15％ and 0.73％ respectively.However,the volume of blood transfusion decreased 22.7％,the percentage of blood transfusion for inpatients decreased from 8.78％ to 7.17％,and the average use of blood for inpatients decreased from 0.73U to 0.57U.Conclusion Reasonable and scientific assessment for blood transfusion and better clinical blood use management can improve blood transfusion therapeutic efficacy and save blood resources.%目的 探讨临床用血评价的方法和意义,建立高效的临床用血评估体系,确定合理的评价内容,提高输血质量.方法 制定临床用血评估制度,执行严格的用血审批程序,加强输血病历检查,细化相关数据的统计,分析2012年数据,比较加强管理前后,用血量的变化,不断完善输血评估体系,提高临床合理用血水平.结果 2012年7～12月与2012年1～6月相比较,手术量和出院人数分别降低2.15％和0.73％,而输血量降低22.74％,输血患者比例从8.78％减少到7.17％,出院患者人均用血量从0.73U减少到0.57U,手术中用血手术的比例从18.63％降到14.92％.结论 通过制定完善临床用血评估体系,加强临床用血管理,提高科学、合理用血水平,节约血液资源.
