椎-基底动脉供血不足患者血液流变性、血小板参数与血脂变化的临床意义

摘要

Objective To study the mechanism of Vertebral-Basilar Insufficiency (VBI)from hemorheological perspective.Methods Measuring hemorheological parameters,platelet parameters and blood lipid of 297 patients with VBI and comparing with the control group.Results The whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, HCT, AI,ESR,TC,TG in the patients with VBI were significantly higher than the control group(P＜0.01).Conclusions VBI has close relationship with high blood viscosity.The changes of platelets appear at the early period and high blood lipid.The blood lipid increase and hemorheological damage play an important role in the development of VBI.%目的 从血液流变学角度探讨椎-基底动脉供血不足(Vertebral-Basilar Insufficiency,VBI)的发病机制.方法 对297例椎-基底动脉供血不足患者行血液流变学、血小板参数及血脂检测并与正常对照组作了对比分析.结果 椎-基底动脉供血不足患者全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞压积、红细胞聚集指数、血沉、总胆固醇、甘油三酯均高于正常对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01).结论 椎-基底动脉供血不足患者的发病与血液高黏度、早期发生血小板变化及高血脂密切相关,在该疾病的发生发展过程中,血脂增加及血液流变性损害起着重要的作用.
