当前非法医疗美容发展趋势与监管对策探讨

随着经济社会的发展和人民生活水平的提高，美容行业得到空前发展。利用消费者迫切的爱美心理非法开展医疗美容的机构和个人也应运而生。本文综合了近年来苏州市打击非法医疗美容专项行动的成果，梳理了当前非法医疗美容机构和个人违法作案的模式和特点，探讨了其发展趋势和新形势下的监管对策。%With the development of the economy and the improvement of people's living standards, the beauty indus⁃try has developed sharply. The illegal medical cosmetology agencies and individuals using the urgent psychological of con⁃sumers also emerged. This paper synthesizes the results of the special action of the illegal medical cosmetology in Suzhou in recent years, summarizes the pattern and characteristics of the illegal agencies and individuals, discusses the regulatory measures of this new situation.
