我国十二五区域人口健康信息化建设现况及思考

摘要

区域人口健康信息化建设是十二五期间医改的重要组成。本文对全国东、中、西部12个地区的省（市）级区域人口健康信息化建设情况进行问卷调查。对投入情况、省（市）级平台、公共卫生信息化、新农合信息化、综合应用、信息化惠民应用等重点领域的建设情况和问题进行分析，并提出政策建议。%Regional population health informatization plays an important role in health care reform. Questionnaire survey on the provincial population health informatization development status was conducted in 12 regions throughout the country. Current status and existing problems of capital investment, provincial population health information platform, the information development of public health, NCMS(the new rural cooperative medical system), comprehensive management application etc. were analyzed. Further suggestions were put forward.
