西藏野生垂穗披碱草苗期抗旱性研究

     

摘要

The physiological indexes of Elymus nutants at different altitudes in Tibet were tested under drought stress simulated soil drought in room at seedling stage.The results showed that with the increase of the number of days of drought stress, leaf Chl a and Chl b decreased significantly, while MDA, Pro and CAT were increased significantly;after stressed for 14 days, MDA,Pro and CAT in leaves showed a downward trend.The comprehensive evaluation of 3 Elymus nutans using membership function method indicated that the sequence of the drought resistance was material Ⅲ > material Ⅱ > material Ⅰ.%室内盆栽模拟土壤干旱胁迫,对不同海拔来源的3份野生垂穗披碱草(Elymus nutants Griseb.)苗期生理生化指标进行了研究.试验结果表明,随着干旱胁迫日数的增加,叶片Chla和Chlb明显下降,而MDA、Pr和CAT明显上升;当干旱胁迫到14d后,叶片MDA、Pr和CAT则出现了下降趋势.运用隶属函数法综合分析初步判定苗期抗旱性强弱顺序为Ⅲ号材料>Ⅱ号材料>Ⅰ号材料.
