发酵抑制剂对青贮醉马芨芨草脱毒效果的影响评价

     

摘要

以结实期醉马芨芨草全株为原料,设置甲酸、山梨酸钾、苯甲酸钠、丙酸、丙酸钠和对照6个处理,青贮60 d,测定其有毒生物碱和营养成分;应用灰色关联度分析法以有毒生物碱及营养成分含量8个指标为依据,综合评价不同发酵抑制剂对醉马芨芨草脱毒效果的影响.结果表明,在添加不同发酵抑制剂的同时,对醉马芨芨草进行青贮,其麦角酰胺和麦角新碱含量均表现出一定程度的降低,降解率分别为2.10%~5.42%、39.35%~45.17%;而营养成分中钙含量降低最为明显,降低范围在21.15%~44.46%之间,干物质含量次之,粗蛋白和粗脂肪变化较小.综合评价得出,各处理脱毒效果由强到弱依次是W4>W3>W1>CK>WS>W2,添加丙酸(W4)是降解毒性的较好方法,苯甲酸钠(W3)次之.因此,在青贮脱毒醉马芨芨草时,推荐添加0.2%丙酸或0.1%苯甲酸钠作为青贮添加剂.%In order to screen out the better method of degrading the toxicity of Achnatherum inebrians,A.inebrians at productive stage was used as the raw material,six treatments of formic acid,potassium sorbate,sodium benzoate,propionic acid,sodium propionate and the control were set,the toxic alkaloids and nutrient contents were test after 60 days silage,then based on eight indicators of the toxic alkaloids and nutrient contents,the detoxification effect of fermentation inhibitors on A.inebrians was evaluated by the method of grey correlative degree.The results showed that the addition of different fermentation inhibitors at the same time,the lysergic acid amide and ergometrine content of silage of A.inebrians showed a certain degree of reduction,degradation rates were 2.10%5.42%,39.3545.17%;the Calcium content decreased the most obviously by 21.15%~44.46 %,followed by dry matter content,and then crude protein and crude fat.According to comprehensive evaluation detoxification effect from high to low was W4>W3>W1>CK>W5>W2.The addition of propionic acid(W4) was a better method of degradation toxicity,sodium benzoate(W3) was also a good method.Therefore,it was recommended that while silaging A.inebrians,add 0.2% propionic acid or 0.1% sodium benzoate as silage additive.
