自拟稳糖汤治疗2型糖尿病脾肾阳虚证的有效性和安全性

摘要

Objective To study the effect of homemade stabilizing sugar soup on the treatment of type 2 diabetes(T2DM) patients with spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome. Methods 86 T2DM patients with spleen kidney Yang deficiency syndrome were randomly di-vided into treatment and control groups, treatment group was given homemade stabilizing sugar soup and foundation treatment, control group was only given foundation treatment. The effects of the two groups were compared. Results The effect of treatment group (89.13%) was bet-ter than that of control group(72.50%)(P<0.05), and homemade stabilizing sugar soup had the advantages of stable hemodynamics, stable blood sugar and regulating lipid metabolism. Conclusions Homemade stabilizing sugar soup combined with foundation treatment on T 2DM have curative effect.%目的：研究自拟稳糖汤治疗2型糖尿病脾肾阳虚证的有效性和安全性。方法收集2012年10月至2013年12月宁夏医科大学中医学院门诊部及附属回中医院收治的86例2型糖尿病脾肾阳虚证患者，随机分成治疗组与对照组，治疗组予自拟稳糖汤辅助糖尿病基础治疗，对照组单纯予糖尿病基础治疗，对比分析两组患者临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率89．13％，明显优于对照组（72．50％）（P＜0．05），并发现自拟稳糖汤在稳定血糖、调节脂质代谢及稳定血流动力学方面具有优势。结论自拟稳糖汤配合糖尿病基础治疗疗效显著。
