目的:探索131 I 标记槲皮素的方法并对其相关实验进行研究。方法用氯胺 T法对槲皮素进行131 I标记,对标记产物用薄层色谱法分析其标记率及放化纯,产物于37℃温育以观察其体外稳定性,用甲状腺癌细胞FTC-133/8505C观察其生物活性。结果氯胺T法为最佳标记方法,标记率达96.5%,放化纯达98.3%。产物在体外稳定。结论用氯胺T法对Qu进行131 I 标记简单高效,稳定性好,且标记产物生物活性未受到明显破坏。%Objective To explore the method with 131 I-labeled quercetin and study its related experiments .Methods With chlo-ramine T method, quercetin (Qu) was labeled with 131I , and quality control of the alumina thin layer chromatography using cellulose TLC and the product was incubated at 37℃in order to observe its stability in vitro , cells was measured using 131 I-Qu and thyroid cancer ( FTC-133/8505C) binding assay binding rate.Results Its labeled rate>96.5%, radiochemical purity >98.5%had good stability of 131I-Qu in vitro, and determination of the 131 I-Qu and thyroid cancer cells in vitro binding with better rates .The rate of 131 I-Qu was combined with thy-roid cancer cells in vitro;immune activity of 131 I-Qu was determined by MTT method .Conclusions The chloramine T method for 131 I-la-beled quercetin is simple and efficient , 131 I-Qu has good stability in vitro .
