老年男性良性前列腺增生/下尿路症状患者个体化药物治疗研究进展

Lower urinary tract symptoms due to benign prostatic hyperplasia is of great prevalence among ageing males,and it can markedly affect patients' quality of life.Personalized drug therapy according to genetic characteristics is the ideal choice for this problem.Here we summarized the latest research findings on the associations of gene polymorphisms with drug efficacy and adverse reaction in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia/urinary tract symptoms.%良性前列腺增生/下尿路症状在老年男性中发病率高,严重影响患者生活质量.根据患者的遗传特征进行个体化药物治疗是理想选择.我们总结了近些年老年男性良性前列腺增生/下尿路症状患者基因多态性与药物疗效和不良反应相关性的最新研究结果.
