CYP39A1基因在肝癌组织中的表达及临床意义

Objective To detect the expression of CYP39A1 in human hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC), and to ex-plore its relationship with clinical and pathological features of HCC.Methods The expression of CYP39A1 was detected by immunohistochemistry in 32 HCC specimens and their corresponding adjacent normal tissues.Results The rate of positive and strong positive expression of CYP39A1 in HCC tissue was significantly lower than that in adjacent normal tissue (25.00%vs 93.75%, P<0.01).The expression of CYP39A1 was correlated with age and poor differentiation (P<0.05), but not correlated with gender, lymph node metastasis, distant metastasis and T stage(T3 +T4)(P>0.05) .Conclusion CYP39A1 gene plays an important role in the occurrence and development of HCC, and may be the novel treatment target of HCC.%目的：检测人肝癌组织中CYP39A1基因的表达，探讨其与人肝癌临床病理特征的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测32例肝癌组织及其相应的癌旁正常组织中CYP39A1基因的表达。结果32例肝癌组织中CYP39A1基因阳性及强阳性表达率（25．00％）显著低于其相应的癌旁正常组织（93．75％），差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．01）。32例肝癌组织中，CYP39A1基因表达程度与患者的性别、淋巴结转移、远处转移、T分期（T1期＋T2期，T3期＋T4期）无关（P＞0．05），与患者年龄及肿瘤分化程度有关（P＜0．05）。结论 CYP39A1基因在肝癌的发生、发展中起着重要作用，可能成为肝癌靶向治疗的一个新靶点。
