目的：检测低氧诱导因子-1α（HIF-1α）、血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）在分期胃癌组织及癌旁组织中的表达情况及相关性，为胃癌的诊断和预后提供参考依据。方法选取2011年9月至2012年9月本院就诊的90例胃癌患者的肿瘤组织和癌旁组织，利用免疫荧光染色法分别检测患者胃癌组织及癌旁组织中HIF-1α和VEGF表达情况。结果 HIF-1α和VEGF在胃癌组织中的阳性表达率显著高于癌旁组织，差异具有显著性（P＜0.05）；HIF-1α和VEGF的表达均与肿瘤分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移及TNM分期相关，差异具有显著性（P＜0.05）；HIF-1α的表达还与VEGF表达情况、肿瘤大小相关，差异具有显著性（P＜0.05）；VEGF表达情况还与患者年龄相关，差异具有显著性（P＜0.05）。结论 HIF-1α和VEGF是胃癌发生发展过程中重要的调控因子，与胃癌的复发密切相关，严密随访监测胃癌复发患者HIF-1α和VEGF表达水平，有助于及早预防肿瘤复发，提高患者生存率。%Objective Detection of hypoxia inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) expression and correlation in the staging of gastric cancer tissue and paracancerous tissues, and to provide reference for the diagnosis and prognosis of gastric cancer. Method Selected tumor tissue and adjacent tissue of 90 cases gastric cancer patients from September 2011 to September 2012 in our hospital. They were detected in HIF-1αand VEGF expression in gastric cancer tissues and adjacent tissues by immunohistochemical staining. Result HIF-1αand VEGF expression in gastric cancer rates were signiifcantly higher than adjacent tissues, the difference was signiifcant (P < 0.05). Expression of HIF-1αand VEGF were associated with the stage of tumor differentiation, depth of invasion, lymph node metastasis and TNM, the difference was signiifcant (P < 0.05). The expression of HIF-1αwas related to the expression of VEGF and tumor size, the difference was signiifcant (P<0.05). The expression of VEGF was related with the age of the patients, the difference was signiifcant (P<0.05). Conclusion HIF-1αand VEGF are important regulatory factors in the process of gastric cancer development, closely related with the recurrence of gastric cancer, close follow-up monitoring of patients with gastric cancer recurrence HIF-1αand VEGF expression levels, contributes to early prevention of tumor recurrence, improve the patients survival rate.
