卵泡刺激素刺激后相关并发症分析

摘要

Objective To explore the related complications after follicle-stimulating hormone stimulation. Method Collected 73 promoting ovulation cases as stimulate ovulation group, randomly selected 73 cases of not using any other means of promoting ovulation as natural conception group. Compared the complications of the two groups. Result Byχ2 test, according to stimulate ovulation, the OHSS, multiplets, abortion and ectopic pregnancy rates were higher than natural conception group. Conclusion After follicle-stimulating hormone stimulation can increase the related complications, to explore the causes and preventive measures is necessary in future.%目的：探讨卵泡刺激素刺激后相关并发症情况。方法收集本院经促排卵药物治疗产妇73例作为促排卵组，另随机选择未采用任何促排卵方法的产妇73例作为自然妊娠组，对两组产妇的并发症发生情况进行比较。结果经χ2检验显示，促排卵组孕妇卵巢过度刺激综合征（OHSS）、多胎、流产及异位妊娠的发生率均高于自然妊娠组。结论卵泡刺激素刺激后会增加相关并发症的发生，应对其发生原因和预防措施进行深入探索和研究。
