彩色多普勒超声与钼靶X线摄影联合 MRI对乳腺肿瘤早期诊断的应用价值

摘要

目的:探究彩色多普勒超声与钼靶 X 线摄影联合 MRI 在乳腺肿瘤早期诊断中的应用价值。方法选择2013年3月至2015年10月于本院行乳腺肿瘤治疗的66例患者为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(33例)和对照组(33例),观察组患者行彩色多普勒超声与钼靶 X 线摄影联合 MRI 检测,对照组患者行 MRI 检测。观察两组患者肿瘤的形状、大小、数量以及血流情况,比较两种检测方法的确诊率、误诊率、漏诊率及对不同直径肿瘤的监测情况。结果观察组患者误诊率、漏诊率明显低于对照组(P <0.05),确诊率明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。观察组中肿瘤直径<0.2 cm 的患者确诊率明显高于对照组(P <0.05),两组中肿瘤直径≥0.2 cm 的患者确诊率比较无显著差异(P >0.05)。观察组患者Ⅰ、Ⅱ期肿瘤的确诊率均明显高于对照组(P <0.05),对照组患者Ⅲ、Ⅳ期肿瘤的确诊率均高于观察组(P <0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声与钼靶 X 线摄影联合 MRI 检测诊断乳腺肿瘤具有较高的敏感性,可降低漏诊率,在乳腺肿瘤早期诊断中具有较高的临床应用价值。%Objective To explore the application value of color Doppler ultrasound and mammography combined with MRI in early diagnosis of breast tumor. Method 66 cases of patients with breast tumor who treated in our hospital from March 2013 to October 2015 were selected as study subjects and were divided into observation group (33 cases) and control group (33 cases). Observation group patients were detected by color Doppler ultrasound and mammography combined with MRI test, and control group patients were detected by MRI test. The shape, size, quantity and blood flow of tumor in the two groups were observed; the diagnosis rate, misdiagnosis rate, missed diagnosis rate, and monitoring of tumor in different diameter of the two methods were compared. Result The misdiagnosis rate and missed diagnosis rate of observation group were significantly lower than control group, and the diagnosis rate was significantly higher than control group (P < 0.05). In observation group, the diagnosis rate of tumor which diameter < 0.2 cm was significantly higher than control group (P < 0.05), and the difference of diagnosis rates of tumor which diameter ≥ 0.2 cm between the two groups was not significant (P > 0.05). The diagnosis rates of Ⅰ and Ⅱ stage tumors of observation group were higher than control group (P < 0.05), and the diagnosis rates of Ⅲ and Ⅳ stage tumors of control group were higher than observation group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound and mammography combined with MRI detection has high sensitivity, and can reduce the missed diagnosis rate, has high clinical value in early diagnosis of breast tumor.
