世界范围内女性生育力水平的下降,使得女性生殖健康及生育力保存备受社会关注.生育力保存是指使用药物、手术或实验室技术为存在不孕风险的女性提供帮助,保存其孕育后代的能力.本文将从女性生育力的现状、生育力保存的主要方法进行述评,旨在提高临床工作者生育力保存的意识,并进一步推动基础研究的开展.%Women's reproductive health and fertility preservation have attracted much public attention as the level of female fertility declined in the world. It refers to using drugs, surgery or laboratory techniques to help women in risk of infertility and preserve their ability to produce offspring. This article is a review about the current situation of female fertility and the main method of fertility preservation. It is aimed at improving the clinical workers' awareness of fertility preservation and further promoting the development of basic research.
