2018年ADA糖尿病医学诊疗标准解读

糖尿病是一种复杂的慢性病,大量循证证据支持早期诊断和干预可改善预后.随着新技术和治疗方法等的不断发展,针对糖尿病医学诊疗的标准也需要不断更新.美国糖尿病学会(American Diabetes Association,ADA)制定的"糖尿病医学诊疗标准"是指导临床医师进行糖尿病管理临床实践的权威指南之一.近日,ADA根据当前最新研究结果对指南进行更新,并于Diabetes Care增刊上发布了《2018年ADA糖尿病医学诊疗标准》,旨在为临床医师、研究人员以及患者等增加理论知识、激发科学研究及为进行糖尿病临床管理实践等提供依据.本文就其中热点问题及重要更新内容进行解读.%Diabetes is a complex chronic disease. Mounting evidences showed that early diagnosis and intervention can help improving the prognosis of diabetes. Guidelines continuously updated as new technologies and treatments that improving the diabetic prognosis springing up. The Standards of Medical Care in Diabetes, conducted by the American Diabetes Association (ADA), is one of the most authoritative guidelines that guide the clinicians on diabetic clinical practice. Recently, based on the latest related researches,the 2018 version of Standards was updated by ADA and was published on the supplement of Diabetes Care.Moreover,the standards aims at providing theoretical evidence on diabetic management and scientific research to clinicians, researches and patients. The hot issues and the updates of importance will be discussed in the current article.
