Objective: To understand the current status of the reproductive health knowledge, the premarital sex and the use of contraceptive methods among the young women attending the premarital health checkups in Qingdao City. Methods: A total of 1,680 young women who attended the premarital health checkups in Huangdao and Jimo, Qingdao were surveyed with a self -administered questionnaire between August and December, 2011. Results: A total of 1,575 eligible questionnaires were collected. The average score of reproductive health knowledge was 8. 10 ± 3. 52 points (the full mark is 15 points. ), and the pass rate was 49. 8%. Multiple Logistic regression showed that the region and education level were associated with knowledge score. The rate of premarital sex was 83.4%. The average age of the first sex engagement was 22.72 ± 2.97 years old and the first sex engagement at age of 20 years old or below accounted for 18. 6% . Among 667 women who had sex but did not plan to get pregnant currently, 78. 3% used condom in the last 6 months, and 24.9% and 22. 8% chose rhythm and withdrawal, respectively. However, the proportion of the persistent use of contraceptive methods was only 48.9%. Conclusion; The reproductive health knowledge of this population was relatively poor and they were exposed to the sex too early. Measures should be taken to improve the use of the contraceptive methods in this population.%目的:了解青岛市婚检女性青年生殖健康知识、婚前性行为和避孕行为的现状.方法:2011年8～12月采用自填式问卷对青岛市所辖黄岛区和即墨市1 680名婚前体检女性进行问卷调查.结果:共回收有效问卷1 575份.生殖健康知识得分为8.10±3.52分(满分15分),及格率为49.8％.多因素logistic回归分析显示,地区和文化程度与生殖健康知识水平有关.婚前性行为发生率为83.4％,首次性行为年龄为22.72±2.97岁,其中18.6％的女性20岁以前发生性行为.在有性行为且目前未计划妊娠的667人中,最近6个月内,78.3％使用过安全套,24.9％使用过安全期避孕,22.8％使用过体外排精,能够一直坚持使用避孕措施者为48.9％.结论:调查人群生殖健康知识水平较差,婚前过早地暴露于性行为,避孕措施的使用情况有待改善.
