利用大型落锤和一级轻气炮加载装置对 RDX 基 PBX 炸药进行撞击加载实验,获取了不同应力率(0.314~9.83GPa/ms)下的力学响应特性及反应情况,探讨了应力率对该RDX基PBX炸药撞击安全性机理的影响。结果表明,随着应力率的增加,RDX基PBX炸药的撞击安全性降低;PBX炸药颗粒的变形速率随着应力率的增加而增大,热量无法被蜡状添加物在短时间内吸收,使得 RDX 颗粒温度迅速上升,这是 RDX 基 PBX 炸药撞击安全性下降的主要原因。%The impact loading tests of a RDX-based PBX explosive were carried out using large drop hammer and one-stage light gas gun loading device.The mechanical response and reaction degree at different stress rates (ranged from 0.314 to 9.83GPa/ms)were obtained.The effect of stress rate on impact safety mechanism of the RDX-based PBX explosive was discussed.The results show that the impact safety of the RDX-based PBX explosive decreases, the deformation rate of explosive particles increase with increasing the stress rates,and the heat cannot be absorbed by the waxy additive in a short period of time and makes the temperature of explosive particles rise rapidly,which is the main reason for impact safety decrease of the RDX-based PBX explosive.
