FOX-7表面疏水性对药浆流变性的影响

             

摘要

采用十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷对FOX-7表面进行疏水处理,并制备了FOX-7/HTPB药浆;通过傅里叶红外光谱对其表面包覆物进行了表征,并测试了FOX-7与水、HTPB预聚体的静态接触角;采用旋转黏度计研究了FOX-7表面疏水特性对药浆流变特性的影响.结果表明,FOX-7表面包覆有十六烷基三甲氧基硅烷;经过表面处理后的FOX-7与水、HTPB预聚体的静态接触角分别由0°、110.78°增至151.44°、135.12°,表面疏水性增强;与未处理的FOX-7颗粒相比,表面疏水处理后的颗粒填充药浆表观黏度增加,黏流活化能降低.药浆触变性发生显著变化,在40℃和50℃下,经过表面疏水处理的颗粒填充药浆在经过剪切后,其流度特性更加偏离牛顿流体,而随着温度上升,其流变特性更加接近牛顿流体.%The surface hydrophobic treatment of FOX-7 was performed by hexadecyltrimethoxysilane and the FOX-7/HTPB slurry was prepared.The surface coating substance of FOX-7 was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The static contact angles of water and HTPB prepolymer with FOX-7 particles were meas ured.The effect of surface hydrophobicity of FOX-7 on the rheological properties of slurry was studied by a rotating viscometer.The results show that hexadecyltrimethoxysilane was coated on the surface of FOX 7.After surface treatment,the static contact angles of water and HTPB prepolymer with FOX-7 particles increase from 0° and 110.78° to 151.44° and 135.12° respectively,the surface hydrophobicity of FOX-7 is enhanced.Compared with the untreated FOX-7 particles,the apparent viscosity of slurry filled with particles after the surface hydrophobicity treatment increases and the viscous flow activation energy decreases.The thixotropy of slurry is significantly changed.Its rheological properties depart further from newtonian fluid after shearing at 40 and 50℃.But it exhibits the properties similar to newtonian fluid as the temperature increased.
