房水引流装置植入术治疗难治性青光眼

摘要

Refractory glaucoma has complicated causes and high failure rate in routine filter rating surgery.Glaucoma drainage devices implantation improve the successful rate of refractory glaucoma treatment.This paper introduces glaucoma drainage devices and its application in refractory glaucoma,introduces factors that the successful rate of glaucoma drainage devices in refractory glaucoma,prevention and treatment of postoperative complications.%难治性青光眼病因复杂,常规抗青光眼手术失败率较高,房水引流装置植入术提高了难治性青光眼治疗的成功率.本文对房水引流装置及其在难治性青光眼手术中的应用进行了简单介绍,同时对影响房水引流装置治疗难治性青光眼成功率的因素、术后并发症预防及处理的概况进行回顾和综述.
