目的 探讨四腔心平面头侧偏斜法快速检测胎儿心脏复杂畸形的临床价值.方法 应用彩色多普勒超声仪对37 360例妊娠16～40周的孕妇采用胎儿心脏四腔心平面头侧偏斜法进行胎儿心脏检测,对出现异常者进一步做胎儿超声心动图详细检查确诊.结果 共检出胎儿复杂心脏畸形51例,漏诊6例,敏感性为89.5%,漏诊率10.5%.结论 四腔心平面头侧偏斜法快速检测胎儿心脏复杂畸方法简单,敏感性高,值得在基层医院推广.%Objective To explore the clinical value of four chamber view with probe tilting craniad slightly technique ( FCPTC ) for rapid screening fetal congenital heart defects. Methods FCPTC of color Doppler ultrasonog-raphy was used to examine fetal heart in 37 360 pregnant women after gravidity for 16 to 40 weeks, and those having abnormal condition were given fetal echocardiographic examination for further confirmation. Results There were 51 cases with fetal congenital heart defects detected and 6 missed. The sensitivity was 89. 5% and rate of missed diagnosis was 10. 5% . ConclusionFCPTC for rapid screening fetal congenital heart defects is simple in operation with higher sensitivity, which is worthy to be spread in basic-level hospitals.
