应用R软件bamdit程序包实现诊断准确性试验的Meta分析

     

摘要

随着医疗确诊手段多样化,如何选取优质的诊断工具显得尤为重要,诊断准确性试验(diagnostic test accuracy,DTA)Meta分析就为评价与获取优质诊断工具提供了重要的证据支持。当前运用贝叶斯理论框架进行统计学分析的方法已逐渐被方法学家接受,其中R软件bamdit程序包就是在运用贝叶斯理论进行数据运算并结合R软件优质绘图功能专门应用于DTA Meta分析制作程序包之一。该程序包简化贝叶斯复杂而繁琐参数设置过程,同时提供亚组分析与相应图形绘制功能。与meta4diag程序包和HSROC程序包相比,bamdit程序包功能更为全面且操作更加简洁,更适合初学者掌握与使用。%It is particularly important to choose high quality diagnosis methods along with diversification of medical diagnostic means. The Meta-analysis of diagnostic test accuracy (DTA) has provided important evidence support for reviewing and obtaining high quality diagnosis methods. The current methods for statistical analysis based on Bayesian theory have been gradually accepted by methodologists. The bamdit package of R software is one of the packages that is specially applied in DTA Meta-analysis based on Bayesian theory for data operation combined with excellent graphics function of R software. This package simplifies the complex and cumbersome process of Bayesian inherent parameter settings, and provides a subgroup analysis and corresponding graph drawing function. Compared with meta4diag package and HSROC package, bamdit package features more comprehensive functions and more simple operation, which is more suitable for beginners to master and use.
