针药结合对冠心病心绞痛患者血浆TXB2、6－k－PGF 1的临床观察

Objective To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with medicine on plasma TXB2 and 6-k-PGF1 in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods 95 cases were randomly divided into 33 cases of acupuncture and drug com-bination group,32 cases of Wenxin grannle group and 30 cases of acupuncture group.Acupuncture combined with medicine group:se-lected acupoints:Xinshu,Neiguan,Shenmen,Ximen,Zusanli,with taking Wenxin granule.Wenxin grannle group:oral stable heart particles.Acupuncture group:acupuncture combined with acupuncture group.Observe the clinical curative effect of three groups of pa-tients with angina pectoris and plasma TXB2 ,6-k-PGF1 changes.Results the clinical symptoms of the three groups were improved, but the improvement of acupuncture combined group was significantly better than the other two groups (P<0. 05 ).At the same time, the threegroupsbeforeandaftertreatmentofplasma6-k-PGF1,TXB2weresignificantlydifferent(P<0.01),andthecombination of acupuncture and medicine group to improve plasma TXB2 ,6-k-PGF1 was significantly better than the drug group and acupuncture group (P<0. 01).Conclusion the combination of acupuncture and medicine can significantly improve the plasma TXB2 and 6 -k-PGF1 in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,which has good clinical curative effect,convenient and simple opera-tion,and wide application value.%目的：观察针药结合对冠心病血浆TXB2、6－k－PGF1的影响。方法：将95例患者随机分为针药结合组33例、稳心颗粒组32例和针刺组30例。针药结合组：选取穴位：心俞、内关、神门、郄门、足三里，配合服用稳心颗粒；稳心颗粒组：口服稳心颗粒；针刺组：穴位同针药结合组。观察三组患者心绞痛临床疗效比较和血浆TXB2、6－k－PGF1变化情况。结果：三组临床症状均有改善，但针药结合组改善明显优于其它两组（P＜0.05）；同时，三组治疗前后血浆TXB2、6－k－PGF1比较，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01），且针药结合组改善血浆TXB2、6－sk－PGF1明显优于药物组和针刺组（P＜0.01）。结论：针药结合能明显改善冠心病心绞痛患者血浆TXB2、6－k－PGF1，临床疗效较好，且操作方便简单，具有应用价值。
