某桥丝电雷管抗高过载性能检测与加固设计

     

摘要

霍普金森压杆试验装置与X射线CT层析用于评价抗高过载条件下桥丝电雷管的性能.由试验结果得到了失效模式与易损特性.通过材料优选、结构优化与加固、过渡装药固化,设计了结构加固的桥丝电雷管.结果表明,加固设计后的桥丝电雷管可承受加速度≥105g和宽度约为100μs的脉冲冲击.高加速冲击后电雷管性能和结构基本无变化,提高了桥丝电雷管的抗高加速过载能力.%Hopkinson pressure bar and X-ray CT tomography scan equipment and devices were used to test and evaluate a bridge-wire detonator's performance in high acceleration overload environments. According to test results,the failure mode and the weak properties were obtained. A structure reinforced detonator was designed through materials optimization,structural optimization and reinforcement, transition charge solidified. The results show that reinforced detonator can withstand the impact of more than 100000 g and pulse with width of about 100 μs. After the high acceleration impact,the detonator performance and basic structure nearly do not change,revealing that the performance of bridge-wire detonator against high acceleration overload is enhanced.
