各年龄段患者应用金匮肾气片处方分析

摘要

Objective:To provide the evidence of rational drug use for patients in all ages by evaluating the utilization of Jinkui Shenqi tablets. Methods:A total of 268 prescriptions used in outpatients in all ages from January 2014 to June 2014 were collected. The varieties of medication including patients' gender, age, dosage were retrospectively analyzed by defined daily doses (DDDs) and drug utilization index (DUI).Results:The DUIs ofJinkui Shenqi tablets for patients in all ages were in the range of 0.97 – 1.19. The top three groups in terms of DDDs were female younger seniors (60 – 74 years), male seniors (75 – 89 years) and male younger seniors (60 – 74 years). The usage proportion in female patients was higher than that of male patients, accounting for 50.74%. The multiple of average daily dose against DDDs of male in all ages was 1.18 for younger seniors (60 – 74 years), 1.12 for seniors (75 – 89 years) and 1.13 for elder seniors (≥ 90 years) while the multiple of average daily dose against DDDs of female was 1.19 for elder seniors (≥90 years). Conclusion:The application of Jinkui Shenqi tablets was basically rational in our center. But the irrational drug use such as high dosage was still observed, which should be strongly supervised in clinic.%目的:通过评价金匮肾气片用药现状,为不同年龄段患者合理用药提供参考.方法:采用回顾性分析方法,收集本中心门诊2014年1 – 6月使用金匮肾气片的处方信息,共计268张,分别对患者的年龄、性别、用药情况等进行汇总整理,利用用药频度(DDDs)和药物利用指数(DUI)分析法对相关数据进行分析.结果:我中心各年龄段使用金匮肾气片的DUI在0.97 ~ 1.19;DDDs居于前3位的年龄段为女性60 ~ 74岁,男性75 ~ 89岁和60 ~ 74岁.女性患者处方数所占比例为50.74%.男性各年龄段日均剂量大于DDD值的倍数分别是1.18倍(60 ~ 74岁)、1.12倍(75 ~ 89岁)、1.13倍(≥90岁);女性则是1.19倍(≥90岁).结论:我中心门诊金匮肾气片的应用基本合理,但仍存在用药剂量偏大等情况,应加强对含有毒性中药材中成药的用药监管.
