Objective: To investigate the irrational use of antibiotics in outpatient of a grade A tuberculosis specialist hospital, to improve the quality of prescription and provide references for clinical rational drug use. Methods: All prescriptions containing antibiotics prescribed between 11th and 20th days every month of 2015 were selected. The sample prescriptions were reviewed retrospectively. The irrational prescriptions were registered and analyzed statistically. Results: The total number of prescriptions containing antibiotics was 14305, of which 13103 prescriptions were rational and 1202 were irrational and the rate of irrational prescriptions was 8.36%. Irrational prescriptions were divided into 897 non-standardized prescriptions and 305 inappropriate prescriptions. Conclusion: The prescriptions of antibiotics in our hospital are basically rational, but there is non-standard prescription and inappropriate use of drugs. It is needed to strengthen supervision and take corresponding measures to promote the rational use of antibiotics.%目的:了解某结核病三甲专科医院门诊抗菌药物处方不合理情况,以提高医院处方质量,促进临床合理用药.方法:采用回顾性研究调查方法,抽取2015年各月11-20日全部门诊抗菌药物处方并进行分析与点评,对不合理处方进行登记和数据分析.结果:共抽查抗菌药物处方14305张,其中合理处方13103张,不合理处方1202张,不合理处方构成比为8.36%.不合理处方中,不规范处方897张,不适宜处方305张.结论:我院抗菌药物处方基本合理,但仍存在处方不规范和用药不适宜情况,需加强监管,采取对应措施逐步改进.
