Objective To investigate the (3-catenin ( (3-catenin ) and the protein expression of anti-oncogene ING1 in lung cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the (3-catenin and p33ING1 protein in 40 samples of lung cancer and 10 normal lung tissues, and analyzed the relationship between p33 protein expression and pathological character of lung cancer. Results p33ING1 protein positive expression rate in lung cancer and normal lung tissues were 57. 5% and 100.0% , respectively, there was statistical differences( P <0. 05 ). Positive rate of expression of (3-catenin in the 40 samples of lung cancer was 81. 2% , abnormal expression rate was 64. 4% , there was positive correlation between p33 and (3-catenin positive expression rate( r =0. 6324, P <0. 05 ). There were no relationship between p33ING1 expression and sex, age and pathological type of the disease( P >0.05 ),but there were correlation between differentiation degree,TNM stage and nodal metastasis( P <0.05 ). Conclusion There are close relationship between development of lung cancer and the abnormal expression of (3-catenin and p33ING1. It is important to detect the both expression levels of the (3-catenin and p33ING1 for the early diagnosis of lung cancer, determine the degree of malignancy and gene mediated therapy.%目的 观测β-连环蛋白(β-catenin) 及抑癌基因ING1的蛋白表达产物p33ING1在肺癌中的表达.方法 纳入40例肺癌组织标本(肺癌组)和10例正常肺组织标本(对照组),采用免疫组化SP法检测β-catenin及 p33ING1蛋白在2组中的表达,并分析p33ING1蛋白表达与肺癌临床病理特征的关系.结果 肺癌组和对照组p33ING1阳性表达率分别为57.5%和100.0%,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).肺癌组中β-catenin阳性表达率为81.2%,异常表达率为64.4%,p33ING1与β-catenin阳性表达率呈正相关(r=0.6324,P<0.05).p33ING1表达与性别、年龄、病理组织学类型等无关(P>0.05),而与分化程度、TNM分期、有无淋巴结转移等有关(P<0.05).结论 β-catenin的异常表达及p33ING1表达与肺癌发生发展密切相关;联合检测其表达水平的变化对肺癌的早期诊断、恶性程度判断及基因介导治疗等方面均有重要指导意义.
