脂联素对老年心血管保护作用研究进展

摘要

Adiponectin ( APN) is secreted by adipose tissue and is a kind of insulin sensitizing hormone , which can improve the insulin resistance and arteriosclerosis ,it is closely associated with coronary heart disease ( CHD) .Adiponectin may reduce the risk of coronary heart disease and improve the prognosis of coronary heart disease by influencing the related risk fac -tors of CHD. This article reviews the current study about the protective effect of adiponectin in cardiovascular disease .%目的：脂联素是由脂肪组织分泌的一种细胞因子，是一种胰岛素增敏激素，能改善胰岛素抵抗和动脉硬化症，与冠心病密切相关。脂联素可以通过影响相关危险因素降低冠心病的危险程度，改善冠心病的预后。文章其在心血管病中的保护作用研究做一综述。
