通心络胶囊治疗心脏X综合征合并糖尿病的疗效观察

摘要

Objective To investigate the effect of Tongxinluo capsule on the treatment of patients with cardiac X syn-drome complicated with diabetes. Methods Totally 68 diabetic with X syndrome were selected,who were treated in depart-ment of cardiology of Ezhou Central Hospital of Hubei Province from March 2014 to January 2017,and they were randomly di-vided into the control group(n=34) and the treatment group(n=34). The control group were treated with Isosorbide Mono-nitrate Sustained Release Tablets,Aspirin Tablets,Metoprolol Succinate Sustained release Tablets or Diltiazem Hydrochloride Tablets. On the basis of control group, the treatment group was treated with Tongxinluo capsule orally. After three months, the serum endothelin 1 (ET-1), serum NO, ET-1/NO levels, treatment effect and treadmill exercise test results were com-pared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group with Tongxinluo capsule was 82.35%, which was higher than that of the control group of 58.82% (χ2=6.575,P= 0.037),and the difference was statistically sig-nificant. Compared with the control group,the serum NO of the treatment group was significantly increased, and the level of ET-1 and ET-1/NO of the treatment group were significantly decreased (t=3.274, t=2.873, t=4.233, P=0.002, P=0.003,P=0.000).In the treatment group, the total exercise time during the treadmill exercise test, the time when the ST segment was depressed by 1mV,and the ST segment depression was better than the control group(t=3.237,t=2.704,t=2.674,P=0.008,P=0.021,P=0.010),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Tongxin-luo capsule is a reasonable and effective treatment to the patients with cardiac syndrome X and complicating diabetes and the effect is remarkable.%目的 观察通心络胶囊治疗心脏X综合征合并糖尿病患者的治疗效果.方法 选择2014年3月-2017年1月湖北省鄂州市中心医院心内科收治的心脏X综合征合并糖尿病患者68例作为研究对象,将其按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=34)和观察组(n=34).对照组患者口服单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片、拜阿司匹林片、琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片或盐酸地尔硫5325rn片治疗.观察组患者在对照组基础上,加服通心络胶囊治疗.3个月后观察2组临床疗效,对2组患者的血清内皮素-1(ET-1)、NO、ET-1/NO水平、劳力型心绞痛发作频率、运动平板试验结果进行比较.结果 观察组总有效率为82.35%,显著高于对照组的58.82%(χ2=6.575,P= 0.037).与对照组比较,观察组血清NO明显升高,ET-1水平及ET-1/NO明显降低(t=3.274、2.873、4.233,P=0.002、0.003、0.000).观察组平板运动试验时总运动时间、ST段压低1 mV的时间、ST段最大压低幅度的改善情况优于对照组(t=3.237、2.704、2.674,P=0.008、0.021、0.010).结论 通心络胶囊治疗心脏X综合征合并糖尿病患者疗效显著.
