中医情志调欲法改善老年性皮肤瘙痒症患者负性情绪的效果研究

摘要

Objective T o explore the effect of em otional desire adjustm ent w ith traditional C hinese m edicine to im prove negative em o-tions am ong sufferers w ith senile pruritus(SP ).Methods 60 sufferers w ere random ly divided into the experim ental group and the control group w ith 30 cases in each group .B oth groups w ere given basic treatm ent,w hile the experim ental group accepted em otional desire adjust-m ent w ith traditional C hinese m edicine and the control group accepted conventional psychological intervention.Senile negative em otions scale,SA S and SD S w ere adopted to evaluate the sufferers'negative em otions before the intervention and 4,8,12 w eeks after intervention. Results Senile negative em otions scale,SA S and SD S scores of the tw o groups show ed that after intervention the different point-in-tim e score in the experim ental group w as low er than that in the control group during the corresponding period,w ith differences of statistical sig-nificance(P<0.05);further com parison in the experim ental group before and after the intervention show ed the latter point-in-tim e score w as low er than the form er point-in-tim e score w ith differences of statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Em otional desire adjustm ent w ith traditional C hinese m edicine can effectively im prove the negative em otions of sufferers w ith senile pruritus,relieve anxiety and depression , and the effect is better than that of conventional psychological intervention ,and and the curative effects increases w ith tim e going .%目的：评价中医情志调欲法改善老年性皮肤瘙痒症( senile pruritus ，SP )患者负性情绪的效果。方法将60例患者随机分为试验组和对照组各30例。两组在基础治疗的基础上，试验组实施中医情志调欲法，对照组给予常规心理护理干预。在干预前、干预后4、8、12周分别采用老年人负性情绪量表、焦虑自评量表( SAS )和抑郁自评量表( SDS )评价改善患者负性情绪的效果。结果两组患者负性情绪量表、SAS、SDS得分比较显示：试验组在干预后各时间点得分均低于同期对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；对试验组干预前后各时间点得分进一步两两比较，后一时间点均低于前一时间点，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论中医情志调欲法能有效改善SP患者的负性情绪，缓解其焦虑及抑郁程度，效果优于常规心理护理干预，且效果随时间增加而增强。
